I got my Ipsy bag sometime last week. It arrived a little later than usual, probably due to the holidays. I was with Ipsy for a little over a year. I decided this would be my last bag. I have way too many products, and felt this was a hit or miss many of the times. I did enjoy finding new products and brands to try though.
Ipsy is a $10 subscription. You get 5 deluxe or full size products each month. It was a little red zippered bag this month. The theme was For You With Love From Ipsy. It had the Youtubers in animated version on the card. Katy (Lustrelux) is looking adorable!
Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Primer
Elizabeth Mott has appeared in bags before. I see this as being a everyday eye primer. I wouldn't use it for special occasions though. I'd use my longer lasting primers for occasions. It feels very light weight and helped my shadows last. I wouldn't say it gave my shadows a pop of color as Ipsy claims.
Ardell 120 Lashes
I haven't mastered applying lashes too well yet. I always hear everyone raving about Ardell Lashes. I'll have to give them a try this week for New Years.
Pacifica Power of Love Natural Lipstick
I got the lipstick in the shade "Tender Heart." It's a matte pink nude. I love matte lipsticks, and felt this wasn't too drying. The formula was a little thick, but a lovey nude color. It also glided on smoothly.
Model Co Illusion Lip Liner
I thought this was a hot pink color before opening it. The bottom of the lip liner is a hot pink color. The lip liner is a nude color. It glided on smoothly and is sightly cream. It's perfect for any nude lipsticks I have.
Marc Anthony Coconut Oil & Shea Butter Deep Conditioning Treatment
I always put on Ipsy's quiz that I didn't like hair products. I would always get one anyways. I gave this to my sister. She sent me her review today lol. She was really excited to try it, only to be let down. It didn't give her hair that pillowy soft feeling. She was able to run a comb through it easily. It did leave a little shine though.
