Hello!
I was browsing my local Target beauty aisle the other day. I recall watching
Kathleen Lights, and she mentioned her love for this palette.
I first started wearing makeup my freshman year in high school. It was pretty much one glitter shade all over my lid. Little Lupe wasn't aware she needed a transition color. I enjoy applying matte shadows in my crease and outer v area now. They can really smoke up a look.
The palette retails for $20. You get twelve matte eye shadows. You get a great selection of shadows ranging from nudes, grey, and to even a peach. I like that they included a black shadow. Some palettes tend to not include black shadows. It comes in a black plastic palette with a clear cover. I love being able to see my shadows in their casing.

The 1st row of shadows are great for the brow bone. They can also be used as a base, or for the inner corner.

They are all mostly colors I find myself reaching for daily. You can easily transition from day to night looks. You have something light and natural you can wear for work. You then have darker shadows for a night out.

This palette has quickly become one of my favorites. I love these deeper shades for the crease and outer v. For $20 you're getting a good quality palette.

The pigmentation is definitely there in these shadows. The shadows are a little on the powdery side though, which leads to fall out. That's the only downside to this palette, but it's still a staple in my collection. For being drug store makeup, I'm content with this palette. I definitely recommend you pick this one up!
Omgosh, this looks like a great palette! I'm not quite sure why I haven't picked this up yet. The pigmentation looks on point! Oh glad to hear you like KathleenLights. She is pretty great, one of my favorite youtubers :)

You should definitely pick this up. Great matte palette for any makeup collection. Aw, yes she's awesome! She always makes me laugh.
DeleteWho doesn't need some more matte shades? I definitely need to look into this palette and Sonia Kashuk products in general!

Yup! I think this palette is up your alley.
DeleteI've been debating on getting this palette for quite a while now (first popped onto my radar because of Emily Noel!), mostly because it's a drugstore eyeshadow palette that's also cruelty free. The shimmer version also looks promising, and I've been debating on that versus the matte one! DECISIONS.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah! She loves herself some Sonia Kashuk! I wanted to get the shimmer too, but every palette had like one shadow broken in it. >_<
Delete*whispers you should get both
