Sephora Spring Sale Haul 2016

Hello!
I picked up some items from the Sephora sale last month. I love when they offer 15-20% off. It gives you a chance to pick up some items you love, or products you'd love to try. I've tried all the items except the eye shadow so far.

I'll start with the items that I'm enjoying. I had sampled the Fresh Seaberry Moisturizing Face Oil before. It has a blend of pure oils packed with nourishing omegas 3, 6 ,7, and 9. It's $52 for 1.6 oz. You only need a couple of drops for each use. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized. I like using it best at night.

I got the Tarte Tarteist Lash Paint Mascara as a 100 point perk. This gave my lashes length and volume. I only needed two coats. The full size retails for $23. The bristles have a spiky look to them and are perfect at getting every lash!
The next item was released a bit ago. It's Bobbi Brown's Nude Finish Illuminating Powder  in "Buff." It's really pretty to look at, but hardly has any color payoff at all. I really had to keep swirling my finger in it to get a swatch. You are getting a really subtle high light with this. Some people may like this, but it's not for me. It's .23 oz for $50.

Sephora + Pantone Universe Correct & Conceal Palette

This palette has a variety of color correcting and concealing creams. They brighten, eliminate redness, eliminate dullness, and eliminate dark circles. You can choose from light/medium or medium/dark. I do find the formula to be a little thick, which can cause creasing. It's just an okay palette. I love that it does cover my dark circles. It costs $49.00.

It includes a chart that will tell you how to cover dark circles, redness, hyper pigmentation, etc.

Swatches from Sephora + Pantone Universe Correct & Conceal Palette
I like using the Sephora Pro Press Full Coverage Precision 67 Brush with the palette.  It blends out product wonderfully. I really like the shape of it and it fits well under my eye. It retails for $26.

I haven't tried Anastasia Beverly Hills eye shadows in a long time. I didn't care for them last time I had a palette of theirs. I decided to give them another try. I hope this time will be different. I picked up the color "Chiffon." It's described as a titanium antique gold. I'm liking the pigmentation and hope it looks as good on the lids. The pan costs $12.

What did you pick up during the sale?

  1. You picked up some great things! I filmed my haul and it's up on my channel.
I'm still on the hunt for a good undereye corrector though...I do like the one I picked up, but I need something a bit more heavy duty. LOL!

    1. I'll head over to watch! My friend really likes the NYX corrector and Bobbi Brown one if that helps.

  2. That face oil sounds nice! I need to try more things from Fresh, I'll keep that oil in mind next time I take a trip to Sephora! The Bobbie brown powder looks pretty in the pan, too bad it's it very pigmented. I think I heard someone else mention that before, which is a shame since it's pricey!

    1. Have you tried Fresh's lip balms? They are amazing! I think Kathleen Lights had ordered one and didn't like it. Ugh. I hate when expensive products suck.
