Wet n Wild Centerstage Milano Collections Palette

Hello!

Wet n Wild has released new products for spring. One thing I've picked up is their Wet n Wild palette in Milano Collections. For $7.99 you get 10 eye shadows. They are fairly on the neutral side, and it reminds me a lot of the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. I picked mine up from Walgreens.

These are the first five shades in the palette. This side leans more toward the warm toned shimmer shades. These are the shades you can get away with applying all over your lid. I'd use the fifth one though in the outer v area of the lid. The shimmer shades in here really need to be packed on. The gold, peach, and pink/ brown shades gave me a little trouble. I usually just spray a little setting spray to my brush.

1st shade- Champagne color with a sheen ( Lovely for inner corner, or as a high light.)

2nd shade- Shimmer peach ( Lovely shade, but a little trouble packing on.)

3rd shade- Gold metallic ( Another lovely color, but needs a little spray of setting spray.)

4th shade-  Copper metallic

5th shade- Bronze metallic (Amazing pigmentation on this one!)

I really love the last five shades of the palette. You could create a really pretty smokey eye with these alone.

I was highly impressed with the matte shades in here. Some makeup brands can mess up matte shades. They really helped blend out my eye looks, and bring them together.

6th shade- Mid toned matte brown (The transition shade of the palette. It's one of my favorites.)

7th shade- Shimmer pinkish brown ( I really like this color for the lid, but it needs a spray of setting spray too.)

8th shade- Deep brown matte with some shimmer

9th shade- Dark cool toned brown ( I really enjoy it for outer v area.)

10th shade- Black matte ( Highly pigmented)

Look at that pigmentation! :)

I'm not all blown away with this palette, but I think it's nice for $8. I really enjoy the matte shades. Some shimmer shades are nice, but some can be mehh to work with. Have you picked up this palette, or anything new from Wet n Wild?

  1. This looks so amazing - wish I'd known about this when I got some stuff from the US as we don't have WetnWild here :( xx

  2. seeing the fergie collection is always a love hate thing since we don't tend to get them in canada and only get the regular wetnwild stuff now and then.
